First the HCA is used to eliminate known poor performers. With this said:

This diamond will typically have more brilliance and less fire. The pavilion angle isn't characteristically deep but it yields a shallower crown angle between 28-33 degrees and table 57% to 60% .

The depth % in these BIC's tend to be a little lower than usual ranging from 57% to 61%. It can be an ideal cut because it can return more light than proportions derived from a Tolkowsky stone.

This diamond falls into the range of stones having a slightly larger table which would tend to be little better light returners, but with the trade off of displaying a little less fire. These diamonds can be truly beautiful even though they fall outside the AGS "0" cut grade.

With this input in mind, I would take a look at the stone to truly compare with your eye's.

To help answer your question if it is a good stone..The proportions look good as it presents a diamond that falls into the BIC range, but you must also compare price..
