I can understand people bidding on it. I personally think it would make a fantastic conversation piece perhaps as a pendant. However the novelty value doesn''t seem like more than $50 bucks. I''ve actually been trolling ebay for a really large ugly (but in a nice way) diamond for the novelty value. It''d make a nice contrast to my wifes H+A engagement ring. $300 bucks is certainly a bit much as a joke though.

That said how about the "Mind Blowing Sparkle" that is "Fine Eye Clean" here. The only thing they may be getting right in thier description is "is Sure to Turn Heads and Break Hearts" but perhaps not in the way they intend.
