Visual difference between 1mm and 1.25mm?

anyone know/think there is a visual difference between a 1mm and 1.25mm band?

I havn't seen a band that tiny - but I could see a noticable difference between 2.2mm and 2.0mm, and between 1.8mm and 2.0mm so based on these observations I would say yes.

What kind of band/setting are you thinking of - that's super super super thin! Have you seen this in real life?

ETA - just seen your other thread about spacer rings, so this should be fine. I was worried you were trying to set a stone into a 1mm band, that wouldn't be very safe

if it is tucked under your other ring it should not be much - but if a little of the 1mm wears away - you have the same problem again (this should be on the relevant thead Sugar)

honey22- i was thinking of getting a thin micropave band to wear either as a spacer or a right hand ring for stacking (i''m working on getting a pink sapphire band also). they''re tiny little bands but i have to say, they still throw off a lot of sparkles!

for the spacer i''m pretty much sure i''ll be going with a plain one and no bling.
