Centre stone looks like it could easily be a treated Blue Zircon to me. :think:

The stone looks to be in excellent condition. How large (mm) is it? Can't tell if they are zircon from your pictures. Would be great if you can play around with the piece to see whether you can pick up any doubling. My zircon exhibits this very strongly.

I thought most blue zircons were treated to make them blue (start off brown)? I do see some doubling or "blurriness" to the stone. It's pretty big - around 7mm I think.
