New member to the forum here, and first time diamond purchaser. Even though I am a new member, I followed a lot of this forum during my purchase period. I wanted to get everyone's input on the visual of my diamond purchase in the video link below of the diamond.

Well, it looks sparkly . Can you post the aset image so we can check on light return. The video is so far away that we cant
really tell much from it. Can you post an up close picture of it?

It's actually not in my possession yet, the jeweler sent me the video yesterday. I don't have an aset image on it unfortunately

I have a feeling this is a crushed ice stone. Is that what you are looking for?

Do you have a link to the stone you can provide us? We cant really tell you much without more images.

Is it returnable if its not to your liking?

Yes it is a cushion modified brilliant. It is returnable if it's not to my liking, but I think I'll like it just fine .

Was that taken under jewellery store lights? If so, I would not use that video to judge anything. It would be helpful to show a static picture of it up extremely close. The same goes for the video (and have the stone rotated very slowly).

I'm assuming it's some sort of lighting, not sure if it's actually a store front.
