Victorian 18k and silver Rose Cut Diamond and Ruby Serpent Ring
This special snakey was made in England in the 1890's. It is 3.4 g and is ia size 6.75. It is an open ring and the sizing is flexible. I bought this from the very knowledgeable crossroadsantiques.ltd
but do not wear it enough - I am scared of getting it wet and being a Horticulturalist my hands are always wet. Below is what crossroadsantiques.ltd
wrote about it:
This serpent eternity diamond ring dates from the late 19th century. The design of the ring strongly aims to mimic the serpent rings of Georgian era. However, judging by the diamond settings and craftsmanship, there are still some differences thus it is not a piece from the Georgian era but late Victorian era.
This ring exhibits a robust and rustic hand-carved feel, with the snake's body adorned with rose-cut diamonds, and its eyes are two deep red rubies.

Asking what I paid for him. Layaway, welcome! No filter or editing.
