very close to taking the plunge, very much appreciate some expert opinion here.

Found these 2, 0.76 Carat, Signature Ideal Cut, F, VS2
the only question I have is, the dates on the GIA reports were from June 07, which means its been available for 5 months. Is there anything wrong with these? I''m looking for the best cut, D-F, VS2 and above, my budget $3000-5000
Please help! Thanks.

That is pretty new; if it were a few years then I might wonder. Do you ever want to upgrade; GOG and WF have lifetime upgrades

After searching around some more, decided to go a bit bigger and drop down in colour and clarity a bit.

1.035 ct J SI1 A Cut Above H&A

HCA score = 0.8
Was advised by WF that it is eye-clean.
I'm 99% sure going with this one.

My priorities are cut, carat, clarity, colour.

Anybody have experience with well cut J stones? I was told that you can't really tell as long as the stone was well cut.
I'd really appreciate some comments. Thanks!

Lovely stone! I think the extra size will be noticeable and it''s nice to get over the 1 carat marker. Many here have J stones and love them. They look very white face up if they are cut well.
