In my extensive online search for the perfect Verragio setting, I couldn't find any real-life pics of the setting I had my eye on. A jeweler in MN, Arthur's Jewelers, was kind enough to send me some pics of the Verragio INS-7054.

These are stock photo's, so I'm just posting this as a reference for anyone that might be looking for this ring. I'll post hand-shots when I actually receive the real one :)

So elaborate from the profile view and so simply elegant top down.

That's exactly what I loved about it :)

Very pretty! I'm not a huge fan of the prongs but I love how it is intricate from what angle and classic from the top down. Congrats on your upcoming engagement!

So elegant and feminine! I adore this setting!

There is a very similar setting in the Gabriel Line - I tried it on when I was at IDJ last week... it was gorgeous IRL! Have you also looked thru the www.gabrielny.com site?

I love the detail in the shank - gorgeous!!!

I did look at the GabrielNY site and wasn't too impressed with the quality in the pics they have posted, it worried me quite a bit actually. If you look at some of the pics, the detail just isn't there and if they're posting that for the world to see :o

I like this one (pic 1):

And was also considering this one, until I saw the detail on the close up shot of the 'scroll' under the center stone (pic 2):

Living in Australia and not being able to try them on in person, I didn't want to take a chance it'd turn out wonky, that would drive me nuts!

I actually really like the first gabriel one you posted! IMO, verragio designs looked really cool online but when I saw them in person I was kinda underwhelmed and they seemed really bulky. But not every design is like that. The one you posted looks nice. I believe most people have good things to say about gabriel rings!
