Wedding Venue Reconnaissance

Hi All,

So this is my first thread here. Got engaged on Christmas Day, and have chosen a venue. We will be married 10/1/11 at South Shore Park and have our reception in the Pavilion on the park grounds. It is right on Lake Michigan. I went there today to see what it would look like, since we picked it out in February and everything was covered in 3 feet of snow. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was actually a wedding going on, so I took some photos with my cell phone to see how they had everything set up. Here's a couple photos for anyone interested. I'm excited to share!

First photo is the back of the building, where we will likely have our cocktail hour following the ceremony.

Here is how they set up for the ceremony, with Lake Michigan as the backdrop. I didn't want to get too close since it was a stranger's wedding, after all, so sorry if this or the others seem kind of far away.
