Vendors who supply IS/ASET images for princess cuts

Hi, Ive been doing a bit of research looking for a princess cut diamond engagement ring. I want to buy online but have realized by reading up here at pricescope that in order to pick a good princess cut diamond online you really need to look at least at idealscope and aset images. I have looked around a bit and the only two that ive found that provide these images are whiteflash and goodoldgold. Does anyone know of others that have them or will get them if you request them. Ive also read that bluenile does not provide them.

It''s true that Blue Nile don;t provide reflector images. It''s also true that many sellers of really well made stones do not provide them either.

I would also disagree that ASET/IS are mandatory to buy a well cut princess cut online- although many people posting here believe that to be the case.



My feeling is that good digital images will be of a lot more use to you.

Absolutely, the ASET provides so much insight into the optical symmetry of princess cut diamonds. I love it!

TrueHearts H&A: Magnified image, Idealscope image, Hearts image
Round Brilliants: Magnified image, Idealscope image
Fancies: Magnified image, ASET image

We won't be providing ASET on rounds or IS images on fancies, at least not at this time. We just don't have the staff.

Jim, awesome news!!! Thanks for sharing this, I wasn''t even aware it was in the pipeline. I fully understand not doing ASET for rounds at the present time and that is OK, but am very happy to see that you will be able to provide them for fancies. *Mental note made, future posters will be so advised*
