Vendors who make custom wedding bands?

I emailed Whiteflash and Brian Gavin Diamonds on Friday, asking if they were able to make a Tiffany replica 9-diamond band (.27ctw) for my fiance and I, but haven't heard back from either yet. Are there other vendors who could do this for us? We don't want to spend $4250 for each band for such a small diamond carat weight.
