Vendors or B & M''s who will consign or buy???

I am curious as to which vendors here, if any, and or any B & M's that you know of who will take jewelry or diamonds on consignment. We often get questions on how to sell a diamond or ring and my advice is to take it to a local jewelry and see if they will consign it for you. Will B & M's really do this? I think I read that Wink will purchase from a consumer if it's something he's interested in. Also DCD will consign certified stones over 1 carat. Anyone else?

i have one local guy who I know will do it and is very fair, but that's it. 1 guy in a medium sized city..

We have a section on our site called previously owned under the specials section link. We did this to provide a service for people who''s relationships didn''t work out or those wanting to get into a different style of jewelry. Unfortunately we have limited the types of jewelry we take in to designers or classics of fine quality craftsmen.
