BTW, James Allen does carry stones that are graded by "other" labs - IGI. I''ve stumbled across several in my searches.

Not sure if this will be a problem, but it''s good work, and I hope will be embraced.

If it''s a problem, consider:

a) argue that it should be grandfathered (Ice...presuming that you are a grandfather, have one, or know one), or
b) ask for suggestions on including it some other way...

You''ve got Whiteflash as having no option to search by price, however under the advanced search options you can enter your budget, which will result in search results being filtered by price.

Also, they do offer a Pricescope discount, but I''m not sure if it varies or not, I think it is 5% but please verify this. I know that you have to use wire transfer to qualify for the Pricescope discount, and it doesn''t stack on top of the wire discount. You can see it if you find a diamond listed by Whiteflash through a Pricescope search and click on the link from Pricescope, although they offered me the discount on my diamond because I was a Pricescope member, even though I didn''t find it by searching here.

Also, I believe their free appraisal (not a full appraisal, but a verification that the diamond matches the certificate and is free of damage along with an approximate value) is independent (please verify of course). The diamond I purchased from them was sent to Lastovica Appraisals for verification. It''s in the same building as Whiteflash, but is a seperate company.

not sure if it is an issue as it''s not a blog or a photo sharing site, which as far as I know are the usual "no-go''s"..

Appreciate the effort Ice, but I have one nit to pick (without going over it closely);
GOG does def. provide the wooden ring boxes (at last notice) with their purchases.

I also think that the "build/create your own" category perhaps needs a counterpart, such as something like "custom design available". Because it could be construed that the sites where you have a ''No'' don''t offer ring design services, where in fact they do, kwim?

I think if this could be extended to include maybe BGD as well, and all information confirmed as true and current, it would be quite a useful "at a glance" reference sheet for newbies of the PS recommended vendors.

Perhaps it could be stickied or integrated into an article? But like others I''m not 100% on the rules of linking to cloud docs...

That is not what is considered an independent as the vendor is paying for the appraisal to be done, so the appraiser is working for the vendor and not you so a conflict of interest there.
