Hello fellow PriceScope members,

I have just very recently won an eBay listing for a Tiffany's white gold cufflinks with a diamond from the Lucida collection, and I just wanted to verify with more experienced members that it is indeed authentic for my own piece of mind.

I wanted to wear this for my wedding, and the listing can be found at:

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/231194873522?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

Any help would be very greatly appreciated!!!

Have you heard of these/seen them before? Or did you just like them when you saw the listing?

I can't find any mention of them at all, besides the ebay listing, which makes me a bit suspicious. What are your options if they aren't real? Can you return it? The listing says guaranteed, so you could take them to a store and check.

I just really liked them when I saw the listing.. I did think about the route of bringing it to Tiffanys, but was advised that in order to get an appraisal from them, you have to be the original owner. I still haven't finalized the transaction since it's a pretty big purchase so I wanted to get some input from more experienced people. Thanks!!

Yeah, they won't give you an appraisal, BUT they might tell you if this is an item ever made by tiffany (the design). Like I said, absolutely nothing shows up (pictures or the name) for this item except the original listing. Good luck!

They look good, but they do appear in need of polishing. You could take them to Tiffany and ask them to do it. Just say they are an heirloom piece. The won't polish them if they're not authentic.

If you prefer to buy from a well known purveyor of authentic vintage Tiffany, you may want to check these out:

These have all the right hallmarks and originated in Italy, something you don't see much of anymore. Oak Gem should be wiling to afford you a discount.

Good luck!
