I''am about to buy a diamond for my wife but dont know if it is expensive or a reasonable price.

colour: Z (yellow)
clarity: vvs 2
measurements: 5.12-5.08X3.06
depth: 60,1
table: 64
girdle: M
polish and symetry: good/good
Egl: US
price for this 1000$ pr. carat.. is this a good price

I don't see those every day... Around 1ct, that price would be awesome and the price per carat does not drop as much for these smaller ones in this color range. I would go for it. However, this is a 'fancy light' yellow shade. Did you see it? This Z-color is not going to look much more yellow than a thin slice of lemmon (ok, the comparison is weird, but I am out of inspiration) and not like , say, a yellow sapphire of similar size.

Are you after a small fancy color? Check THIS before buying. (I am not involved in any way with that business, you can be sure of that).
