HCA score 0.6 Is this bad?

.6 is a fine score. Do you have any more information on this stone, namely pictures, an ASET or idealscope image?

Well it all sounds good on paper, images would really help to make *sure* it's a great stone, but based on that info it is certainly worth bringing in to see it in person if you haven't already. You'll want to make sure it's eyeclean.

Stone is def eye-clean has 2 small feathers....


I heard that 0.6 hca scores may not be optimum ...Is this true based on the above specs...?

Anything under 2 is good, and needs to be evaluated with your own eyes to be sure. But likely, it''s fine. HCA scores are to "weed out" bad performers, and shouldn''t be used as a selection tool. Just a rejection tool.

No, probably not with the slightly deeper (41 vs. 40.75) pav angle.

It really depends on how you like it "in person"...just make sure you can return it if you''re not happy.
