There have been no updates on the UPS tracking since July 30. I emailed The Real Real customer service yesterday but haven't gotten a response except for an email that they will get back to me within 48 hours.
I'm assuming The Real Real will need to start the claim with UPS since they provided the return label?
The package went missing in San Antonio. I don't know what is going on there, but all of my mail, USPS and UPS, has to go through San Antonio, and it is commonly held up there for days at a time and occasionally lost. I always stress when the tracking updates stall in San Antonio.
