Remember that Whitflash New Line vs Classic test I did?
I ended up keeping the .742 ct I VVS1 but had not gotten around to getting it mounted yet.
Then this diamond floated down the river of life.
ACA .924 ct I IF. (That should be mind-clean enough)
It would have been nice to get a higher color but the size and clarity is highly groovy.
The recipient puts more priority on size and clarity over color than I would if the stone was for me.
It is hard to find diamonds in the .9xxx carat range, and not too many IF ACAs are floating around either.
I like the medium girdle too since it is going into a tension setting.
HCA for both the Sarin and the AGS report’s numbers is 1.1 XXXV.
It falls into both GIA and AGS's top cut grades so it should be purdy.
This ACA is a classic, though I would have grabbed it if it was New Line too.
Whiteflash has been great to deal with in every way.
