Following on from size matters, surely this would be seen from across the room and get ample compliments? Symmetry/color and clarity all look fine to me, thoughts?

Resident oddball here, but I think it's really pretty! Probably not for a traditional ering (unless specifically requested) but it has some interesting coloration for sure.

Well, I HAVE seen quite a few people picking those "natural/rough/rustic" diamonds for engagement rings. Alter the cut on this to be more of a rose cut and it'd look a lot like Anna Paquin's engagement ring stone.
 
It will make a good specimen for a kid. At least, the parents don't have to spend a bomb on a diamond for his mineral collection.

Exactly ... it kinda looks like marble to me ... I think it could make a fun, bezeled RHR with some CS small accents maybe.
