Hi all! 
Just wanted to give a HUGE THANK YOU to James Allen staff and especially Jim Schultz for a fantastic upgrade experience
About a year ago I purchased a 1.17ctw AGS 000 I color SI1 diamond and a platinum classic 6 prong band from JA. Everything about this purchase was top notch and this diamond had uh-mazing performance, however, I had really wanted at least a 1.5 ctw and also just did not 'love" the I color (I really agree with those that say AGS grades soft on color)
So off I went on JA website in search of an upgrade. I really wanted to maximize size and was looking in the 1.75 range but I finally decided I just did not want to sacrifice color and found a 1.51ctw AGS 000 F SI1
The problem I had though was I did not want to purchase a new band, sigh.
Enter Jim Schultz who contacted me personally with a fantastic solution! He had the same band as mine in his inventory that had been returned and offered it to me for a minimal price. I was SO excited!! For a moment I thought I was going to have to let this diamond go and was over the moon that it was soon going to be mine
Well today it arrived and all I can say is WOW just beautiful! The size and color are perfect (for now LOL!) The customer service that I have received here has been phenomenal and I would not hesitate to recommend JA to anyone.
Now, as soon as I can figure out how to take a good photo I will be back to post some pics
