Perhaps this marriage will be a keeper. A big honking diamond didn't make her first one last past the usual freshness date of most celeb pairings. But this ring is so much bigger and honky-er; surely that says "Forever", right?

I had the same thought about Blake's ring as velouriaL did about Avril's. Did Blake's stone come from Katie Holmes? People magazine said that it's a light pink diamond from Lorraine Schwartz, hence the rose gold setting. I think it's just sweetly divine and fits her very well. What I would give to see the profile view of it.

I would definitely do double prongs on that. It's scary to be holding in such a huge stone with tiny little prongs like that, even though they're likely platinum. I heard her stone is light pink, but I can't see the color in that photo.
