Update on the sapphire ring

So I didn''t get to take new (and better!) pictures of the unset sapphire, because I found the setting I wanted!! And have sent it off already. I think it should be ready sometime next week, but I won''t get it until the week after since I''ll be out of the country

But I''m super-excited and can''t wait for it to arrive!

The setting I went with is the James Allen common prong, with a slight modification to prongs so that they''re claws

What do you think?

I''ve looked at that setting before and I really like it! Did you keep the same head and just have them modify the prongs or are they using an entirely different head? The head is the only part of that setting that I''m not 100% sure about, so I can''t wait to see pictures of what yours looks like in real life!!!

In total agreement!! I can''t wait to see how the "claws" turn out in this setting too. This is going to be a knock-out!!
