Understanding HCA chart colors

In understanding the HCA chart, what exactly to the colors correspond to? My stone is a 1.3 and in the "red", but what does blue and green mean or is it just a delineation of the variables?

There is an index in the uper right of the chart.Red is good
blue is bad
