Hi! I am new to this forum, discovered it yesterday. You all got beautiful rings
Time to show you mine:
The white diamond i bought from Prague, 0,14ct SI clarity, 18k gold, round cut
the blue one is natural diamond irradiated 0,25ct SI3 clarity, 14k gold, round cut. The ring that has the blue diamond originally had a CZ but i changed the stone so now my diamond has a ring to sparkle in

My ~.70 ct oec, H-I, si2; 5.58-5.61mm. Ring size 6. Very cute discoball in yellow gold setting. I have sometimes missed solitaire and yellow gold since I reset my 1.35ct oec to white gold halo. I love the dainty look of this ring. The halo feels huge now

Thank you so much for the compliment! I took these photos on my iPhone actually, haha. This stone literally jumped out from the glass case, and stood out at the jewelry store. This was the owner's personal Eightstar diamond that he put into this wedding set. I have an AGS 000 report on it, and the only other images I have on paper are from a Gemex report done on the BrillianceScope measuring it's light qualities. See attached!

Thank you so much for your enthusiasm. I didn't see a lot of Eightstars around either, so I thought I would post mine. So many people put emphasis on size or carat weight, clarity or color, and not enough on CUT. Cut determines how beautiful the diamond is, or how it "performs." This Eightstar diamond is only .76 carats but outshines many 1 carat + diamonds I've seen out there. Biased opinion, I know. But I love my ring!!! Under good lighting, candlelight, or any kind of direct/track lighting... the people who have seen it in person are blown away by the amount of sparkle And that's why we deemed it was worth the premium.

As the saying goes, it's not the size that counts, it's what you do with it!

I think 3/4 of a carat is a great size - not small, not large, 'just right' - and if you maximise light performance (as the Gemex report shows!) you will have a firecracker of a stone, as you do!

My center stone is a .98 round brilliant diamond in a custom C. Gonshor setting. It was my grandmother's that she purchased in the late 1970s and then my mother's until she upgraded her ring last year, and now she's all mine. I'm thrilled with how it turned out and amazed at how big it looks on my hand. I get compliments and comments on its size all the time. For reference I have a size 4.75 finger but in the photos the ring is 5.75..... currently getting re-sized.

Hi all! New lurker and even newer member, creeping out to introduce my vintage emerald cut engagement ring, circa 1940s.

Center stone is ~.47 G SI1, side baguettes are ~.10 each, for a grand total of .67 carats estimated! All set in 900/Ir plat.

Ring size is 4.5-5, depending on the weather.


Looking classic with some good old red nail polish.

I looked at every single page of this thread when I was looking for a ring for my lovely girlfriend (now Fi! ) I wanted to see what the 4C's looked like in certain settings and on different size fingers, so thank you ALL for posting your rings. I proposed yesterday and she said yes! I took the pic with my cell phone so it's not great but I think it looks beautiful on her.
