I have a Gem Oro model and I busted it out for the first time in a while tonight. It was always loud, but holy hellballs was it loud tonight. It also always vibrated a little and made my pieces travel in it (thought that was probably due to the plastic basket). Tonight it seemed like it did a little more vibrating and traveling...is that normal or is that how stones get loose? I typically don't use it much anymore because I use the steamer or just that SparkleSparkle Spray and it does just as good.

Sparkle sparkle spray?

My earrings and rings would vibrate but never travels/or move around if that's what you mean. I use a different brand.

If your US is traveling and sounding louder, probably time to replace the unit. Also, it's possible to lose stones in any properly working US, especially pave.

Whiteflash used to include it when you bought a piece of jewelry. I started buying it direct and I actually started to buy the little kits for my new bride clients and I include it when I deliver their order :). Best cleaning stuff I've ever used.

Yea I don't have Pave anymore, but I don't want to risk any loose stones.

I checked the sparkle sparkle site and it only mentions platinum. How does it work on white gold?

There's a gold version. I just linked the Plat version.

The gold version supposedly is slightly different in an effort to keep rhodium around longer. Both are fantastic. When friends get engaged/married I give them some in their shower gift, and I give them to my brides too. I seriously love this stuff. It's the only good thing I have left from my WF endeavors.

Thanks Ame, I'll have to get both products. Sounds like we had similar "endeavors" with WF :angryfire:

Just tried to order something on nventa's site. A warning came up when I went to finish my order warning me that Firefox detected a security problem. It did say that their security protection license or whatever it was called, has expired in March. I'll try calling them tomorrow.

I had the same experience. Let me know if everything's ok.

And it sure sounds like we've shared the same experience.
