How often is it safe to clean diamond jewellery (rings, earrings etc) using an ultrasonic cleaner?

as often as you like. they love taking baths..

As long as it's not pave/micropave, you can do so often. I personally don't think it gets mine as clean as I can get it with a steamer and a soak with a little brush.
