Does anyone know what UDL Certification is or heard of them?
 
I have not head of them before and the only place I could find them referenced was at eBay.
I would advise you stick with GIA or AGS certified diamonds.
 
it seems it stands for Universal Diamond Laboratory in Houston Texas. They are graduate GIA gemologists.
