Gypsy-Thank you, I am glad I went with that neckline despite the scar...but it tough to make the decision...

Pandora-I believe that is true, we do notice our own "flaws" more than others...I think my photographer did much better than I thought. The cake was yummy

it was French buttercream, white chocolate cake with tiramisu and rum filling.

Deelight-Thanks I think the dress was near perfect

Icekid-There were two, one for the guest, and once for us. We loved the idea...he was worth every penny (and then some)...

Well, I just had a question--- is your EC cut cornered, or traditional (is there even a difference?)? I posted in Rocky Talk but no one replied.

I am thinking of having Tiffany's change my side stones, and wanted your opinion as well (traps or keep the yucky trilliants)----I should note that the cost estimate by Tiffany's was $5,200 which doesn't seem HORRIBLE to me (plus it would be a whole new ring). I love your style, so your opinion is very important

I am not a trillion fan myself. I like shields or kites or bullets. Mine is pretty standard in terms of cut. It is not long and thin but not squat either. Definitely a true rectangle. I love the proportions of mine.

I like kites, bullets, etc. but Tiffany won''t set my emerald cut with them (it was baguettes or step-cut traps). The baguettes look awful with smaller stones (IMHO). Yours looks great. I looked at pics of your ring and couldn''t tell if it was a cut-cornered (Tiffany said they sell both--which I was confused by). I wish I could have yours

I just hate the trillions too----

I love traps as well. I think my ring would be odd if I put big traps, but I love them. They chose my side bags themselves and liked the proportions so I stayed with their recs.

Thanks!!! I do LOVE it, would love maybe traps sometime, if they look right. Otherwise I am very happy!
