Two Tiffany half circle share prong rings - Make into one full circle?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if you know if Tiffany would make me a new full circle shared prong band if I have two half circles in the exact same carat weight?

If they would do this sort of repair/redesign, how much do you think this would cost me?
