Two now - my garnet and my tourmaline

Damn, I never in my wildest dreams believed that CS would be THIS addicting!!

OK so here's my 3.13 spessartite garnet next to my 2.16 tourmaline (hard to believe the tourmaline is a carat smaller). It is so hard to get their true color in pictures. I think I like them both for different reasons. I'm not 100% sold on the tourmaline, but the garnet is amazing! I won't be bezeling that puppy though.

Wow, quite a red spess! Lovely! Bezel not needed for this baby. Should you set it I would however recommend yellow gold, at least for the head/prongs.
