TV Show Bewitched Diamond Pave Heart Pendant

Since she was a child my wife has always wanted a diamond pendant like Elizabeth Montgomery wore on the TV show Bewitched. It is a 7/8" puff pave diamond heart pendant. Can anyone make a guess by the picture how many or what size diamonds are used? Has anyone seen something like this in their travels? I'd like to get one if possible now that I finally found some reference to it. Thank you.

That one is nice!!! And in white gold the price isn''t too bad. I wonder if they could do it without the bale? That would make it close to the original but a bit smaller. Probably the diamonds are smaller than the original but it''s hard to tell. Then again I don''t have a movie director''s budget either.
