Love #1 BECAUSE of the FL., the size, and the smaller table 56% which will give it the higher crown. blue fl. will give your diamond more "personality" which you will love. the question would be the quality of the cut of the stone and how it performs in real life.
Rarely does fl. cause a diamond to be cloudy or milky in appearance, and you should ask the vendor if there is any milkiness in the stone in sun light. Most knowledgeable PS'rs prefer blue fl.
