I am trying to buy this Emerald Cut. Could you please tell me if this is good choice?

I am by no means an expert, so I am sure others more knowledgeable will chime in, but as a start, do you have a picture of the diamond? An EC with an SI2 clarity will most likely not be eye-clean, as step cut stones show inclusions more easily.

Hello, thank you for your reply. When I saw the diamond, I could not see inclusions with a naked eye. I did take a picture in my cell phone so I am not sure how well you can see it. I will still upload it soon. Please let me know if you need any additional information. I can ask the Jeweler. Thanks.

Numbers on a lab report tell you nothing about how an emerald cut will look or how it performs. The stone could be gorgeous or it could be a dog. There is no way to know.

We can't help you given the information you have listed.

You need to provide us with good close up images and preferably an ASET image.
