Trying 2nd Time, Buying Engagement Ring, Need Feedback on Diamond

I had previously picked out a diamond and was in the process of getting more pics from an online dealer, the diamond was snapped up So I went back to searching and found this:

Carat: 1.8
Color: D
Clarity: VVS2
GIA XXX (Excellent color, polish, symmetry)
Medium Blue Fluorescence
TBL: 58%
TD: 61.7%
ST: 50%
LH: 80%
PA: 40.8%
Crown Angle: 35.5
Girdle: Medium to Slightly Thick, faceted, 3.5%

I drove downtown and checked it out an hour ago. Looks sparkly and nice but I"m pretty rubbish on diamonds. I don't think I have much of a discerning taste so I'm posting again.

1) What do you think is a good price? I think this diamond will come out around $18500.
2) HCA score is 2.3. This is a bit bothersome because I'm a numbers guy by job and from what I've read, I should use HCA as an indicator and look for diamonds under 2.0.
3) How does this compare to:

Ugh I know! For some freakish reason, my GF is super color sensitive and can tell the difference between a F and G. Color is important to her and frankly, picked out this diamond because I thought it was a good value.

Online guy sent me to a guy in the jewelry district in whole sale office. He usually ships out diamond for customers to check out before buying. This is the 1.8 carat, D, VVS2 that I posted first in this thread
