Seriosuly , I don't think anyone here could really know for sure, but the best advice might be to REALLY check it out. 99.9% of the time, things that seem too good to be true usually are....especially with diamonds.

Can you check into this and meet with the designer before shelling out any money? Can you see his other non-Tif work/custom designs for people?

It's worth checking out but proceed with caution.
