Should I pull the trigger on this stone?? 
What do you guys think? I was looking at the antiques but they may be a bit out of my price range for the specs I wanted. I found this beautiful (sort of x cut) stone with an awesome ASET and good size square measurements. Please take a look at the Sarin report as well.
Also, my two concerns are:
There's only 1 noticeable inclusion, a tiny cloud, (from the pictures only, but it is eye clean) but its right in the middle of the stone.
Does the bottom of the ASET pic look weak?
