Travelers Personal Jewelry Insurance?

I was wondering if any PSers have had any experience with Traveler''s Personal Jewelry Insurance. My agent recommended it and I was hoping some have had some personal experience. They will schedule my ring as a stand alone policy. The insurance is an "agreed upon value" policy. I requested for Chubb but she said they need a minimum $3000 premium.

Any help will be appreciated.

Have you looked into any companies that specialize in jewelry insurance only? This may be another option and they may not have a minimum premium.

I suggest you contact Ralph Cohen at Touchstone Insurance. His agency writes both Chubb and replacement-specific policies so an overview from them may yield useful info.
