Hello, I want to have this piercing. Can I have your thoughts and suggestions?

Well for starters, get one of these. I don't have tragus (yet) as my flat and helix are healing. Just got it in the mail today. I'd cut a hole in an old pillow but it got flat after a year.

Make sure you follow the aftercare directions!
ETA: just read the thread title. I did not think it was painful at all and it was over very quickly.

The piercing itself did not hurt much (I have 4, two in each). BUT they did take a LONG time to heal. I did one side at a time.
