Total newbie: Info about the Jubilee (Regent) Cut?

I just discovered the Jubilee or regent cut diamond, and I am totally, completely in LOVE (also a lady in waiting!). I read the webside (http://jubileecut.com) and it seems too good to be true. I''ve always been a cushion girl, but I disliked the fact that they look smaller so you have to go bigger to compensate. I''m probably not going to end up with anything larger than 2.00 carats (if I beg!) so the regent seems like a prime option since it looks bigger with less weight. HOWEVER, there have to be downfalls, right?


So, can anyone tell me what the trade offs of the cut are, if any? I''m wondering what you give up when you go with a regent vs a cushion or radiant cut diamond. Thank you so much to anyone who can help!
