Tolkowsky Cut vs. AGS Ideal

I notice that when looking at the ranges of angles & heights for AGS Ideal stones, they all seem to be centered around the Tolkowsky ideal cut numbers except for the table percentage. Why is this? Are there any online direct comparisons ( IS, ASET, or other )of a Tolkowsky cut stone vs. an AGS ideal cut stone with it’s table in the 55%-57% range?
