I''m glad this forum is somewhat anonymous!
I would like to know why engagement rings are not generally made in titanium?
I like the idea of having a titanium engagement ring as it is hypoallergenic, a stronger and lighter weight metal than platinum, but I have not seen anything close to a style that I''d like to get it in. From what I''ve seen, they mostly come in men''s wedding bands, tension sets, or simple bands with a different head to hold the diamond ring in, such as white gold or platinum.
I like the thought of a ring completely made of Titanium, prongs/claws included, but with the high quality craftsmanship/fine details, micropave bands etc, similar to what you could find through vendors such as LM, HW, etc etc.
Is that possible and does anyone do it? Why isn''t it done?
