Tips on becoming a "morning person"?

I aspire to be a morning person. But, even with 3 school age children, I realize it's not meant to be!

I'm not a "Morning Person" I just get up early....lol My work hours can be all over the place so I have to be flexible enough for that.

Light will wake me and most of the year I'm in an area with strong sunlight. It's not the waking up; it is the feeling "off" for a big part of the day when I haven't had enough sleep!
