tiny canadian diamonds needed. are they available?

i am in the process of designing a wedding band to go with my montana sapphire engagement ring.

i want to have the band look similar to the tiffany etoile wedding band with small, round, flush-set diamonds in a 3 or 4 mm band... like this ring


however i really want canadian diamonds. unfortunately my jeweler said that canadian diamonds don''t come that small.

is there no way to get tiny canadian diamonds?

thank you! i really want the canadian diamonds b/c my fiancee is canadian and we have a montana sapphire engagement ring (i''m american). i thought it would be great to have stones from both our countries in the rings. i emailed wink jones and i hope he can help.
