The options in 4.5mm are quite slim and my fiance would like me to also have a Tiffany band. The Tiffany appears that it might be slightly thicker. Quality wise is there anything more to be had with a Tiffany wedding band over E-WeddingBands or is all that extra $$ just going toward the name?

This shows the side profile of the Tiffany:

From my experience, the Tiffany band will be heavier and feel more substantial, a great feeling of quality. But that said, a heavier band might be more cumbersome for daily wear.
It would be helpful if you could discover the weight difference between the two and actually try them on.

I have this exact e-weddingbands wedding band in 18K yellow gold. I believe they changed the name since I purchased mine - they initially called it the Euro low dome. I am not sure if I have the standard or the heavy weight version but it is 4.5mm wide. Mine is made by Benchmark, the maker's mark is inscribed on the inside of the ring. I bought it to wear in the summer when my fingers swell and can't wear my usual band which is 1/2 size smaller. This ring is so comfortable but substantial. When they say comfort fit they aren't kidding. It's slides on and off like butter. I am actually thinking of getting the platinum version as well.

I don't have experience with the Tiffany band but I am sure you can't go wrong with either one.
