tiffany setting question

I''m looking to remake my engagement ring and am exploring several different settings. One I''ve always loved is the Tiffany three stone style with the pear shaped side stones. Can you purchase only the ring and side stones and have Tiffany use an existing center stone? I have a rather modest sized .8 carot stone and would like .25 carot side stones. Does anyone know of a similar ring by another designer? I love Tiffany''s style but don''t necessarily need the name and extra cost. Thank you!

I''m not sure how these places are with setting your diamonds but I''m sure many vendors have the simple round/pear combo you''re looking for. The actual band on that Tiffany ring seems like a knife-edge so I don''t know if these places have that option. If you go to Vatche''s website they have a pear sidestone set very similar to Tiffanys that you could get from any Vatche vendor.
