Does anyone have the Tiffany Etoile Pave Engagement ring or one similar (I think Vatche makes one)? Or at least tried it on? I''m going next week to try it on at Tiffany, as a serious upgrade from the band I received almost 15 years ago, and I''d like to get thoughts on how flashy it is. I''d kind of like to get a diamond band to go with, but I''m going alone to the store and know I might be talked into something more blingy than is practical or necessary (although one could argue that bling is always necessary

). I''m finding it very hard to resist the idea of lots of diamonds. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Forgot to add that I only want .5 to .75 carats for the center, as I don''t want a single ring to be too wide...Thanks!

Halfway down this page is a pic of one someone has... I tried one on in the store and it was beautiful, the only thing is that the center gets lost in all the sparkle of the pave. That''s okay if that''s what you want, but I like the center to stand out more. Just my .02c!

Show me your Tiffany & Co!

Thank you angeline...it looks beautiful!

I''m thinking a .5 or .75 may be too overwhelmed by this setting. Whiteflash can make this setting it is pictured on the first page of the thread J color stones in platinum but with bigger stones.

Thanks for showing me that fabulous picture. The ring is beautiful...I''m thinking that I kind of want the center diamond to be completely flush with the ring, though, which would require the band to be quite a bit wider for a 1.5 carat than is marriahlynn''s. But I haven''t tried it on yet, so I guess I might feel differently when I see it. I did email the pic to a salesperson I spoke to earlier at whiteflash to see what they could do. Thanks again!
