No.

Quite possibly. Their cut varies from stone to stone. Unless you want bragging rights, not worth the money, imo.

you''re paying for the tiffany name. That''s ok if you''re heart is set on it..but I think you can get more BANG for your buck elsewhere (with a reputable vendor)
