Three stone pear?

About how much should I expect to pay for a semi mount similar this with .50cttw sidestone pears? I want it in platinum. Quotes are VERY different.

it''s would be hard to guess. there are so many variables in a setting that can affect price. stock setting verses custom. designer vs. non-designer, quality of the pear sides, cast or handmade...are you looking for a stock setting or wanting to go custom?
