What is the issue with shipping, and when did you order it?

It's kind of my fault but the shipping was constantly only 1-2 days. However, it recently got pushed to 13 days. I am going away for two weeks which pushes it out further since I will be unable to get it. However, the second/new one I linked looked similar and can be shipped next day.

ETA: ...of course, it's a bit more expensive, but if you're okay with that, then go for it!

Thank you both for your responses! I went ahead and placed the ordered. The plan is for her to come home to brunch ready (w/drinks), balloons, rose pedals, and a big sign asking her the question.
