Hello pricescope community! We're searching for the perfect stone for my engagement ring. We are looking to buy soon but before we take the plunge we need your help. Based on specs alone, what do you all think of this one? Pictures are yet to be sent.

HCA Score 2.4
1.70 round brilliant GIA
7.58-7.62-4.77
F
Si1 (cloud, indented natural, plot looks pretty clean otherwise)
Table 56%
Depth 62.8%
crown 35.5
pav 40.8
Cul none
girdle Med-slightly thick
Ex cut
Ex polish
Ex symmetry
No Flour

1) What are your thoughts on this diamond?
2) Will the indented natural/clouds be a problem?
3) Will the girdle hide the weight/spread?
4) HCA score is 2.4 (very good in all categories, is this an issue?)

Thanks in advance, slightly overwhelmed with all the choices out there!

1) What are your thoughts on this diamond? It is a little deeper than many we see. Could be a minor concern for two reasons--hiding weight and possible reduction in light performance. The pavillion angle is very good, so a lot would depend on which way GIA rounded the angles. An Idealscope or ASET image would be very helpful, if this is with a vendor that can supply one.
2) Will the indented natural/clouds be a problem? Only way to know is to have the vendor holding the stone look and give an opinion--it would help if we knew which vendor has the stone. (or is it with a brick and mortar store?)
3) Will the girdle hide the weight/spread? Nope, girdle is in the optimal range
4) HCA score is 2.4 (very good in all categories, is this an issue?) HCA tries to make a prediction of how a diamond will perform. Your odds of getting an excellent performer are best if the score is under 2. There are also many good stones that score 2-2.5, so I would want to see an IS & pics on this one.

Thanks in advance, slightly overwhelmed with all the choices out there!
Welcome to PS.

1) What are your thoughts on this diamond? Its a bit deep with steep deep angles which are borderline, if the stone is online then an Idealscope image would be helpful as Jet suggests.
2) Will the indented natural/clouds be a problem? The clouds might be if they are marked as grade setters on the clarity plot, if so you need a trusted vendor/ appraiser to inspect the diamond to see if these affect brilliance, they can in some cases.
3) Will the girdle hide the weight/spread? Girdle is fine, it is the depth which is a bit heavy, could make the diamond face up a bit small for the weight.
4) HCA score is 2.4 (very good in all categories, is this an issue?) Depends, an Idealscope would tell us more.

Thanks in advance, slightly overwhelmed with all the choices out there!
